Mascenic School District/SAU 87 Announcement of Appointment

The Mascenic School District/SAU 87 is pleased to announce that Linda Kalloger from Manchester, NH has been chosen to become the assistant principal for Mascenic elementary schools beginning on July 1, 2009.  Kalloger has worked at the Wilton-Lyndeborough Cooperative Middle/High School since 1984.  Linda has an impressive skill set that she brings to this new position, which will include the supervision of students in three elementary schools.  She has served as an interim assistant principal, science and social studies department chair, state consultant for environmental sciences, NEAS&C co-chair, professional development committee member, and a mentor teacher.  She has a M.Ed. in curriculum and instruction from Notre Dame College.   Linda brings energy and enthusiasm to a demanding new position in our school district during a period of transition and needed facility improvement-she has a passion to educational excellence that is contagious.  She was the unanimous choice of the selection committee and Principal, Marion Saari.
